Travel Checklist

Passport/Real ID

To travel to Puerto Rico, you’ll need to present either a valid U.S. passport or a Real ID.

Budgeting for Your Trip

To help with planning, we suggest a travel budget of about ~$1,000 per person. Saving about $100 each month makes it an easy goal.

03.
Money-Saving Tips

Consider booking flights early, sharing accommodations with friends or family, or splitting rental cars and golf carts. Coordinating with others not only saves money but makes the trip more fun!

Park Royal is the other hotel located in Palmas Del Mar, Humacao. This would be the alternative if you do not book through our wedding block.

The other alternative would be getting an airbnb in Palmas Del Mar, Humacao, PR. If you go this route, we recommend coordinating with other guests which we can help with

Kayaking Adventure - 7 Seas

Puerto Rico has many kayaking tours, and this one was a beautiful adventure at Seven Seas.

El Yunque

We loved exploring El Yunque, hiking through the rainforest and cooling off in its rivers and pools — an unforgettable adventure together.

We highly recommend exploring San Juan — especially the colorful charm of Old San Juan.

River Cave Kayaking Tour

On this trip (about 2.5 hours from Humacao), we went on a tour with hiking, kayaking, and swimming — and Nick absolutely loved it!

Crash Boat is a popular beach with crystal-clear water, where we spent hours snorkeling.

Taxi

There are 2 options here. Taxis are waiting outside Terminal B and C exits or Terminal A on the Arrivals Level. The airport has taxi dispatchers that advise passengers about the costs of their trips before they get into a cab. OR you can 
book a taxi.
